Grant Gabbard

Executive Vice President

Grant Gabbard serves as Executive Vice President and Partner at The Allen Company, Inc., where he has been part of the team since 2000. A 2005 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Grant helps lead several key areas of the company, including asphalt production, quality control, legislative affairs, estimating, engineering, project management, mining infrastructure expansions, and technology initiatives.

Grant is actively involved in several industry organizations, including Plantmix Asphalt Industries of Kentucky, Kentuckians for Better Transportation, the UK College of Engineering Construction Industry Advisory Committee, KAHC, and KCSA. He is also a graduate of Leadership Kentucky and previously served as President of God’s Pantry Food Bank’s Board of Directors.

Grant and his wife, Royanne, reside in Richmond with their three children, Ames, Margot, and Winnie.
