Jeff T. Monohan

President

Jeff T. Monohan has been with The Allen Company, Inc. since 1994 and brings more than 32 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career with the company as a laborer, operator, and foreman while attending Centre College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. In 1998, Jeff joined the company full time as a crew foreman and continued to advance through leadership roles, including Superintendent and Vice President, before becoming President in 2013.

Today, Jeff oversees the road construction side of the company, along with equipment shops, engineers, and project managers. Throughout his career, he has been involved in planning and executing numerous construction projects of various sizes and scopes, including extensive work for East Kentucky Power.

Jeff’s long-standing experience gives him a deep understanding of field operations, project execution, and company leadership.
