Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in managing a wide range of personnel functions. This vital role involves assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Support new-hire onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and procedures.
  • Help process payroll changes and personnel updates.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and compliance documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources experience is required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is welcomed but not required.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles within human resources or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
